Following appointment, we undertake site analysis and briefing to develop initial design concepts. Options are explored collaboratively before refining the preferred scheme. We then prepare detailed drawings and material selections for approvals, ensuring a balance of aesthetics, functionality, and technical precision.

APPROVALS
We manage Development/ Planning and Building Approvals, preparing documentation and liaising with authorities to ensure compliance with planning and regulatory requirements, facilitating a smooth and timely approval process.

TENDER DOCUMENTATION
We deliver comprehensive tender and construction documentation tailored to project requirements. Our detailed, build-ready drawings support accurate pricing, clear coordination, and efficient construction, ensuring high-quality outcomes on site.

DESIGN MANGEMENT
Once construction begins, we provide on-site design management to ensure the project aligns with the approved design intent. This includes site visits, coordination with consultants and builders, and resolving design queries to maintain quality, accuracy, and design integrity throughout delivery.
